Ameen was born in Israel in1966. Since early childhood he always had a passion for truth. It was this determination to be true to himself and longing for freedom that deepened his connection to being and eventually lead him to the realization of his true self.

Ameen's teaching comes out of his life experience, it is simple and direct. Ameen says that you do not have to learn anything in order to be free, that freedom is already who you are and can be found in living a silent and simple life.
